I am normally a very cold person. I like to be bundled up all day with my space heater on blowing full blast. Socks are a requirement at my house, not just because of the floor but because I am cold. If you would want a looser fit I would size up one size. They are slick on the outside so you could easily put them under other clothing items. I think these would make a great gift for any friend or relative.
