Pics of the Week for 7.6.18

This week has been crazy! I have been tearing apart apartments, replacing everything from toilet seats to window sills to flooring. I have been so worn out I missed a couple of posts just trying to get things done on time. Many lessons learned though! I learned the correct way to put in new door locks and jams and how to adjust them to size. I learned that being nice doesn’t mean being walked on. There is defiantly a difference and I learned the hard way. After trying to accommodate a particular tenant and made every change that they wanted they still were not happy and didn’t move in. Having a backbone and knowing when to say no is a valuable lesson learned, and an expensive one this week. Sometimes you can’t win, no matter how hard you try and you just have to move on.
