    Springtime and Summer Wedges

A guest post by Kayci Gatlin @Kgbehindthelens

Happy Friday my BEAUTIFUL readers! I hope that y’all have had a fantastic week and that y’all have made some great weekend plans! As for me, I have some real estate I have to photograph but after that I will spend the next couple of days with my daughters at the campground my parents are staying at near the beach. It’s always a fun and relaxing time. Even if you plan on staying home and relaxing, that’s okay because I have some great spring and summertime wedges that y’all can shop!

I put together some really pretty and casual wedges that can go with ANY type of outfit. I love a good wedge. They go with everything and they are so much easier to walk in. Especially with my grandma knees.

Try on Haul for H&M Spring 2019

Love pairing sweaters and shorts and this Try on Haul for H&M was no exception. I couldn’t wait to put together the chunky sweaters with their affordable shorts! They have such good options from dress clothes to workwear to evenings out to causal. I covered all sections this try on session and have a youtube video to share showing the entire process.

    Youtube video:

    Try on for H&M

In the video I go over all of the looks and sizings for all of the items, if I think something is too big or too snug, how all of it fits. This is a valuable resource to get a better idea of how the item is going to look or fit on you. I am 5’2″ and around a size 4 or small in most items. With that being said I tend to fit best in a size 6 when it comes to H&M bottoms, maybe I just have a round bottom I don’t know but they have always run small on me. As for tops they usually run pretty straight forward on sizing.

Workwear try on haul for H&M:

Black pants were too long for me but a good enough price to get hemmed. They fit in a size 6 and were very comfy. This top is a size 4 and fit perfectly. It came home with me this day. I loved how it buttoned up and fit in all areas. This top is a size small as are most of them and pants are a size 6. Trench coats are a size 6 and I could have went down a size in them. Dress was originally a 6 and I went down to a 4. The coats were so darling I wanted to bring all of them home. Will need to wait for a major sale to do that though! I also paired it with a cardigan that is part of the conscious line and under 25, I also took that home because of the price.

This dress is only 15.00 such a steal! I didn’t even get it for that, it was full price in the store when I bought it. I wanted to show off all of the ways to style it with the different trench coats and also with the cardigan. Like I mentioned previously it was first in a size 6 but that was too big so I sized down to the four which was a much better fit on me.

This trench coat is so dreamy, I so wanted to get it but my coat closet is literally exploding right now. Such a pretty piece, truly timeless and chic.

I love this black as well but I do have one just like it from Abercrombie I bought last fall. This one is a good one and will not break the bank at under 70, wait for a sale of 25% off and grab this one.

I pair this cardigan with denim, black denim and black pants so far this season. I am sure it will look cute with shorts as well for this upcoming warm weather. Lightweight but still a good solid material. Under 25 this cardigan is such a good deal.

I could not find the link to this top but its a cute one, sleeveless with pleats, it complements the skirt well with matching pleats. I think you could put this top with white pants or camel pants and it would look so fancy. This blazer won me over and I am not normally a fan of blazers. It just looked so sharp and chic on I wanted to take it home but didn’t know if I could work it into my causal wardrobe as much as I would love too.

I loved this sweater and it came home with me. I love how this looks like a bodysuit and is super slimming. You could easily pull off this look with any high waisted pants. I think any paperbag pant would look good with this top, especially a white pair.

Office Causal try on haul for H&M:

Size 4 in jeans, extremely comfortable but not from H&M. Causal office wear of course with jeans. Most offices you could pair the tops with the black slacks in the first photo. This try on haul from H&M showed all the good stuff they have to offer to transition to spring from the winter.

These white tops are gold, not the color but worth every penny. You can dress them up and dress them down. Pair them with jeans, slacks or shorts they look good doing it all. I love how they look effortless and so chic.

Loving the neutrals in this try on haul from H&M especially with this tan sweater, don’t make the mistake I did and dry it though, it is now Pipers sweater. I love it but it no longer fits me, great price so I may have to get it again and be careful around the dryer.

One of my favorite sweaters, I have it in multiple colors! So easy and chic and comfortable, goes with jeans or shorts and looks so cute on. n I have the light gray and a camel color at home already in this sweater.

This sweater, oh how I loved this sweater. I ended up getting the camel one you see below in a few. It was so hard deciding but they all were so pretty and priced at 29 I knew I could only justify one to the closet addition. These look so good with shorts shown below.

Causal try on haul for H&M ideas:

Extremely causal part of the try on haul from H&M. Shorts and sweaters are some of my favorite combinations and I love how they look together. Try mixing and matching your favorite tops from winter with shorts and you will see what I mean. Such good combinations. I go up a size in their shorts and they were still on the snug side so make sure to size up. Love how the cropped sweaters go with the shorts in these photos. This particular pair of shorts is only 13! Such a good deal they are worth getting even if you have to size up.

For more spring looks head over to my other pages and check out my new youtube channel! Its just in the beginning stages so be nice lol. I hope to get more familiar with it soon. Its always a work in progress but you have to start somewhere right?

    My Review of Daily Harvest

Post sponsored by Daily Harvest but all opinions and review are my own.

I am all about convenience so trying Daily Harvest was high on my list. I have wanted to try it for so long and I finally got the chance. Having a product shipped right to my door is the best first impression you can have. Nothing makes life more easier then being able to create my box on my phone and sent right to me.

    First Step:Create your box

Getting online and picking out my own combination of delicious superfood eats. Your choices are developed by a nutritionist and then made by chefs to not only be good for you but also taste good too. All Daily Harvest recipes are gluten-free and vegan with no added preservatives or additives. The cups are pre-portioned packed with farm-frozen organic fruits and vegetables. They are frozen and sent to your door. And you don’t just pick from smoothies, you can also get oat bowls, chia bowls, soups, harvest bowls and lattes.

    Second Step: Unboxing

Your pre-portioned cups will arrive ready to pop into your freezer and then blend, activate, or heat on your schedule. What I love about this is it is so convenient! It arrives at my door, still cold from the shipping so no worries if I am at work or running late. I can make these when I need something to eat that is nutritious, fast and easy before I run out the door. Having a large variety also is so helpful because some days you want options. These are perfect for any time of the day.

    Second Step: Making

I decided to have the strawberry and peach smoothie before I stepped out the door on my way to my hair appointment. I grabbed my vanilla unsweetened almond milk and added it to my cup. Then I placed all the contents in the blender and let it do its magic. This is such a perfect time to tell you that you can customize your smoothie any way you want to. Next time I am going to add in my protein powder and also my collagen powder. You could add in regular milk or water if you want to avoid extra calories. They is Dietary flexibility in each choice, you can use these if your keto or paleo or gluten-free. After blending just pour back into your cup, add the lid and put in a straw, most convenient food ever.

    Third Step:Tasting

This is the best part! The cup shows all the ingredients that are in the cup so you know what your are eating with the additon of your liquid. You can customize your cup so many different ways on what you add to it. Every ingredient is organic and plant based, only the top quality fruits and vegtables here. The variety of recipes also makes this a winner for me. Ingredients that I don’t have on hand and unique combinations that taste good are something that everyone can enjoy.

    In Conclusion:

I love Daily Harvest. Besides all of the above reasons it is so simple for a busy mom on the go to just order on my phone, have it shipped to my door and be able to enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables before I run out again. Also each cup is 2 servings, the one I had today, the strawberry and peach was 70 calories a serving. So when I wolf down the entire thing, like I did, I don’t feel guilty for eating 140 calories of a healthy meal, unlike my latte that has way more calories. So if your looking for a healthy, easy way to save time and money this is for you. If you use my code, “renee3” you get 3 free cups in your first order. Just click here Daily Harvest and enter the code, your going to love them.
