Is it summer yet?

Is it summer yet? That is all I can think when I see the blazing sun outside. Unfortunately not though, its only a lovely 39 degrees today! Looking forward to be out of the boot season soon and into some cute open toed shoes for sure. Although I am enjoying the cardigans, would like to have a tank on instead of a long sleeve.
